How it goes

20-minute triage call. Mostly us listening. We bring questions, not slides.
Access checklist. What we need to read and who has to grant it. The engagement is scheduled from the day it lands, not the day the invoice is paid.
The health check. Fixed price, one to two weeks, and a written report you keep whatever you decide next.
A verdict. One of five, committed to — including the one where the answer is that you do not need us.
One of three paths. Rescue, bypass or modernization, scoped from the report rather than guessed at now.

We are a good fit if the system already runs your business, you can grant read access to it, and something specific made you look at it now.

We are a poor fit if you need a brochure website, a formal security certification, or a price before anyone has read the code.
