The small print, kept small.

What this site collects. Nothing, unless you fill in the form. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no third-party script on any page.

What the form collects. Your name, your business, an email address, optionally a telephone number, and whatever you write in the message. It is sent to our mailbox through Resend, which processes it in order to deliver it, and it is stored in that mailbox.

Why. To answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share the information with anyone, and we do not use it to train anything.

How long. Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted after twelve months. Where an engagement follows, the correspondence is kept for seven years alongside the invoices, because tax law requires the invoices and separating them is not practical.

Material from an engagement — source code, database contents, credentials, logs — is covered by the commitments on the security page, which are contractual rather than merely stated here.

Your rights. Under Quebec's Law 25 you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@nexusmind.dev and we will answer within thirty days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Where it lives. This site is served from Cloudflare's network. Mail is processed by Resend and stored in Google Workspace. Both operate outside Quebec, which means your information may be processed outside the province.

This site is information, not an offer. Prices shown are the starting point for a scope we have not seen yet. An engagement begins when both sides sign an agreement that names the system, the access, the deliverable and the fee — not when a price is quoted here.

The sample report is a specimen. It is illustrative, it describes no real client, and nothing in it is advice about your system.

You own the output. The report, the code we write and the documentation are yours on payment. We keep the right to reuse general techniques and our own pre-existing tools — not your business logic, your data or anything specific to you.

What a health check promises. A diligent inspection within the scope and time the agreement names, and an honest written judgment. It does not promise that every defect has been found. A system we did not build, inspected in days, will have things in it that days do not reveal — the report says what was examined and what was not, and that statement is the boundary.

Liability. Our liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for it. We carry no liability for a failure of your system that we did not cause, including one we did not find.

Governing law. The laws of Quebec, and the courts of the district of Montréal.

This site sets no cookies. Not analytics, not preferences, not a consent cookie to record that you dismissed a banner about cookies — which is why there is no banner.

Every page is prerendered and served as static files. The only request that leaves your browser for anything other than this site's own assets is the form submission, and only when you submit it.

If that ever changes, this notice changes with it, in the same deployment.

We aim at WCAG 2.2 AA. Body text meets 4.5:1 against the background and interface text meets 3:1; the faintest colour in the palette is used for rules and dots, never for words. Every interactive element has a visible keyboard focus ring, and the form works without JavaScript.

Wide content — the findings table, the roadmap — scrolls inside its own container rather than making the page scroll sideways. Motion is minimal, and what there is respects prefers-reduced-motion.

Known gaps. The sample report's system diagram is preformatted text, which is read literally by a screen reader; the prose immediately above it describes the same structure in sentences, which is currently how that content is made available.
